"Wow. It's the end of week 3 of journaling. If I blogged as much as I journalled, keeping up with it wouldn't be as much of a problem 😂 Hm. 🤔 Maybe I'll turn this into a blog post. Maybe a word-for-word entry. I like that.
Well, let's get into the recap. God has been so good to me this week. So far college aps (though they can be kinda stressful) are going well. I was just at UIC for an event yesterday, or an event where UIC people were there, but it was also U of I, whatever. Forget it.
Speaking of that event, I've been absent from school a lot this week, and keeping up with all of my classes has been tough. The Lord has been helping me get through.
Today I spent time with my church family (bowling, fun) and with my marching band family (laser tag, really fun). Times like these only remind me how important it is to get connected to people. People are so great, and connecting with them makes life exciting.
Wow. This whole kneeling thing has really been blowing up. I certainly didn't expect to end up in the Tribune again, but I guess that's how life works sometimes. Wait. Excuse me, that's how my God works sometimes. Here's a link.
I'm not proud of the fact that I've been slacking on these posts (well, I guess this one's a journal entry). Even though I should be keeping up with it, and I haven't been on this as much as I should, I'm greatful that God has given me an opportunity to reach as many people as I have been able to. It's crazy how many people read this every week. Since day 1, there's been 1,500 readers and nearly 4,500 page views. That;s incredible, to me. The Lord has really blessed me with an opportunity to positively impact people, and, as undeserving as I am, I'm greatful. Thank You, Lord.
And thank you! Whoever is reading, I thank you. So much. Without you taking time to read what JB has to say, without the positive text messages, without you all telling your friends all about JB Great Day, I could never do this. I am so greatful for you all. Thank you for your patience. I hope, with God's help and all of your support, to continue to bring a positive message to as many people as I can, as often as I can, and do it the best I can. Until next time, remember to smile. It's a great day 😉. (It took me about ten tries to come up with that last sentence 😂 The amount of scribble on this page is almost embarrassing.)"
